We can host up to six guests per tour (excluding the captain and crew). US Coast Guard rules, so no extra passengers, please! Thanks for understanding. (Let's keep it cozy and fun!)
We operate rain or shine! The captain may cancel or pause the cruise if the weather gets too rough. If we cancel due to weather, you'll get a full refund (unless the tour is already underway). Check our cancellation policy for more details. (Rain or shine, we're here for a good time!)
Our tiki boat is docked at the Safe Harbor Port Royal Marina, 1 Port Royal Landing Dr, Port Royal, SC 29935.
We do not sell ANY food or beverages. You may bring your own food, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol). Any guest consuming alcoholic beverages MUST be 21 or older with a valid ID. We have a cooler onboard to stow your food and beverages if needed. Your safety and experience are our top priorities...Please avoid glass containers aboard and drink responsibly.
Yes, absolutely! We love well behaved kids. Infants and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids 12 and under MUST wear a USCG approved flotation device. You may bring your own USCG approved life jacket or use one of ours.
15 minutes before your scheduled departure time, as we will need to load your belongings and beverages onto the boat. If you are late in arriving, it will cut into the length of your cruise.
No, there is no bathroom on the boat. We highly recommend using the facilities on land before your board the boat. There are restrooms at the marina that can be used before and/or after the excursion.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
Nope. THC or any drugs are a no-go, even if they're legal or prescribed. Our captains have a strict no-drug policy to keep their licenses. If drugs are brought on board, your trip ends immediately, and the group will be dropped off at the nearest land point.
Tips aren't included in your tour price but are customary. Our captain and crew work hard to ensure you have a fantastic time. Tips are always appreciated! (Show them some love if you had a great time!)

Need to cancel? No worries! Just let us know at least 96 hours before your tour for a full refund or reschedule credit (custom tours excluded). If you cancel within 48 hours, there's a $100 fee. For custom tours, the fee is 50% or $300 (whichever is less). If we cancel due to weather, you'll get a full refund. Call us at 843-321-8459 to cancel. Remember, no-shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hours) aren't refundable. (P.S. We hate to see you go, but we understand!)
